Fabric Cutting (Entry Level)
Position Summary
Our Cutting Department processes the cut goods predominately for our Band Shoppe division consisting of pieces to manufacture uniforms, flags, and custom accessories. Either working as a team or individually, you will learn all the steps of our Cutting process from checking in fabric to spreading fabric and operating our Cutting systems. All Departments enjoy a clean, comfortable working environment and day shift scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cutting fabric according to patterns and production orders
- Operating automated cutting machines to cut the layers of fabric accurately
- Bundling cut fabric pieces for production
- Work with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist in inventory management and material handling as needed.
Requirements
- Prior cutting experience is ideal; however, we are willing to train an eager individual who would be able to commit to our full-time position
- Basic computer knowledge for light computer work
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Ability to read and interpret documents including operating instructions, procedure manuals, and safety rules.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail oriented, and creative environment
STANDARD HOURS ARE MONDAY – FRIDAY, 7:00 AM TO 3:30 PM CST
Seasonal overtime is required primarily from July thru October; Saturday hours may vary from 6 to 8 hours.
NO SUNDAY SCHEDULING.

Quality Control Inspector (Entry Level)
Position Summary
We are currently looking for a team-oriented Quality Control Inspector who has a high attention to detail. Successful candidates will work quickly and efficiently, while maintaining stringent quality standards. This position offers time both sitting and standing each day. All Departments enjoy a clean, well-lit, comfortable working environment with day shift scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain quality standards for garments, flags, and fabric goods produced by our manufacturing facility.
- Checking finished goods for defects, trimming loose threads, and checking for incorrect stitching
- Folding and packaging finished items for distribution.
- Work with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as order details and safety rules.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality standards.
